i've just finalized some plans to pick up a set of wheels/tires on saturday. they can be seen in my sig.

i live in MN and i was wondering what everyone thought about putting them on right now?

is the snow/salt going to damage them? or will they just get dirty?

id probably wait until spring when there's not salt on the roads unless you are planning to sell your stock rims

that way you can keep the new ones nice and clean

Meh idk I have been washing my car once a week. And then temps have been in the 20's. Just gotta be quick to dry it so the water dosnt freeze. Thats one thing that does not affect me when it comes to my car...weather. Ill wash my car in any temps lol. Just got to be prepared for it.

Anyways go ahead and put the rims on. Snow wont do any damage to them, just the salt. But if its the first winter there on then who cares. If the rims ur getting are going to get effed up by one winter then you should have never bought them ;) . So yeah you can go ahead and put them on. Plus where already half way through winter so not much more to go. :D

Leave the stock ones on for the winter.
Snow and salt will be a pain to clean in 20 degree weather.
At least it is for me

With the factory ones on, you can just go through a hand car wash

i wish it were 20 degrees!

it hasn't been above 20F (for the high) since january 27 (that's about 2 1/2 weeks now).

and it's not forecasted to be above 20 for another week :(
