Just at work and came to think about this
what are you guys' computer setup?

here's mine:
Dell 24" LCD monitor
cheapo case
Altec Lansing mx1000 wireless laser mouse
cheapo keyboard
Toshiba 4x DVD-RW
cheapo 3.5" floppy drive
MSI k8n-Neo4 motherboard
Corsair XMS 512 PC3200 RAM * 2
AOpen PCIe 6600GT 128mb graphic card
Altec Lansing ATP3 2.1 speakers

running:
Windows XP SP2
Ubuntu 5.10

ok, since i am Computer Science major so i probably overdone it, but wtf, who cares

my current computer is a 850MHz POS.
M-audio Delta 44 audio interface
Shure KSM27
24-channel peavey 2002-24RQ mixer
yamaha 61-key with turtle beach USB MIDI interface

I am getting a computer for my studio pretty soon that is:
dual 3.40GHz Xeon processors
dual 24" LCD monitors
512MB FX 4400
500GB in two SATA raid 0 drives.
2GB 400MHz RAM
dual layer DVD burner
Mackie HR824 studio monitors
Mackie Onyx 1640 16-channel mixer with firewire interface
Shure KSM27
yamaha 61-key with turtle beach USB MIDI interface

and i'll use the 850MHz with it's 160GB for a server via debian

Asus A8V Deluxe Motherboard [Socket 939]

2GB ram [DDR3200]
1 250gb Western Digitial SATA HD
1 200gb Western Digital EIDE HD
1 40gb USB2.0 HD [I formatted the PS2 HD and thru it in an enclosure I had]
eVGA GeForce 6800
Onboard Sound rigged to a bootleg 4-channel audio output via [computer speakers in the front hooked to my stereo in the rear]
Plextor 16X DVD+/-RW Drive
Asus 48X CD-RW Drive
LG 16X DVD Drive
External 52X 1-Drive CD-RW Duplication attached via USB
Windows XP Media Center

Here's mine.

I have the HP Pavilion a1129n Desktop PC. Click for the specs. It came with the 15 inch flat panel monitor but I upgraded to the 17 inch
