Anyone have a diy door skin removal for a sedan? I need to see how I can remove the rear passenger door skin. So if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I haven't done it on a sedan, but on a coupe, all you have to do is drill out the spot welds CAREFULLY!!! Espescially if you're gonna reuse the skin. Other than that, its pretty straightforward.

Look at the door panel removal part of this sticky. It's pretty much the same and not hard at all....

He was referring to the door skin which is the outside tin, not the door panel. I'd remove what you can from the door first, inside and out then just carefully drill the spot welds and remove the skin.

Yeah you will need to spot weld it back. Don't use a MIG or a TIG you'll warp the panel.
