Greetings all my 6th gen brothers and sisters. I've been checking out this site for some time and finally decided to join. I'll start with a brief history of my car. I originally got the car in 2002 after my Fix Or Repair Daily 93 Taurus finally died on me. I bought it used with about 50,000 miles on it. To my dismay I was involved in a wreck 3 months after I bought it  . I had to replace my front bumper and hood and I decided to go all out and get a new body kit. After a few years and many knicks and bruises and surviving Hurricane Katrina I decided it was time for a new look so I got a new body kit and changed the color of the car in February of 06.

Old pic of the whip when I first moved to Texas from New Orleans.

Welcome fella!!!

Damn that car is wreck magnet...LOl nahh J/K.:D
Hey you got the same steering wheel cover I have...LOl
I'm not a fan of Body kits on 6th gen and the hood style not my type either. If you go back to OEM/coupe bumper the car would look 10X better.
Keep it bro... oohh one thing wahts wrong with your side skirts???

Theres nothing wrong with the side skirts i guess its just a bad glare in the picture. I'm thinking of getting both stock front and back bumper and maybe a lip in the front once I get the estimate from the other persons insurance. Gotta see how much I'm working with first.

Just one suggestion. If you get coupe front end get 01-02 cuz is sexier :D.
Plus get the hood as well or you would have a noticiable gap B/W:thumbsup: the bumper and the hood.

i think it looks good, and welcome! :). also, if you want to get the coupe front bumer, youd need the hood too, cuz it has a slight gap between the two.....all in all, the sedans hood is shorter then the coupes, thats why youd need the hood too.

Thanks for the info. Will any mods need to be done to get the bumper to fit correctly or will it bolt on directly??!?!?!?

Yah my steering wheel was peeling so I decided to spruce it up a bit. Funny thing is the writing on the steering wheel cover has faded off now from frequent driving hopefully I'll be able to find one that is embroidered instead of painted on.

My interior is not leather its that itch, have any of you had your interior redone to leather or some other material. If so how much did it run you and how long did it take?????
