Rating: 10/10

Comments - Great SQL sub. I had to build my box in a hurry (8 hours start to finish - including putting it in the car lol) so its not even the optimal box. I've got mine in a 1.1cuft box w/ filling in a front-firing setup running off of 450 watts. Does everything I ask it to, although I would recommend putting it in a 1.5cuft box or so for better low end.

Pros: - Amazing sub for the money. Extremely power efficient, doesn't get sloppy.

Cons:
Availability. I had to wait about 6 weeks to get mine, and I doubt they have gotten much better on the wait since then. Also heard that Image Dynamics can take forever to do recones, so its not the kind of sub you want to abuse.

what else have you heard to compare it to? Is it ported or sealed? If ported whats it tuned to?

w3s, w6v2, w7 in a demo car, ****ty kicker subs (l7s, l5s), cvr's, old mtx thunder subs, few diamond subs.

And yeah, NINaudio is the reason I got this particular sub - heard his and my mind was made up.

box is sealed.

Yeah, these subs are really happy in a 1.5^3 ft. box with 500-600 watts RMS.
