Anyone know how to DIY Type-R style grill?

my type-r grill just came in the mail today for 98-01 coupes. but apparently 01 grills are not detachable from the bumper that i know of.. anyone have ideas? dremel perhaps?

im interested...i have sedan tho.....but i guess that doesnt really matter, becase we both cant take our grille off....

yeah... =\ i've seen a couple of 98-01 accords with them.. but dont know how they did it. such as this one on the left

for 98-00 coupes it would fit easy but 01-02 coupes you would need to cut the grill and custom fit the type "R" one. Be careful cutting the bumper you might end up screwing it.

yeah i have an 02 and i was just about to post this same thread, it seems to me that you could just dremel it out and jb weld the new one in seeing as how it has deep walls that would hide the cut edge. could someone with a detachable grill please detach it and post pics!! i really wanna DIY this
