Planning on it you can do it for pretty cheap and it should not take to long to do.

just make sure you come up with a good proper way to secure it because a relatively small and heavy item can become very dangerous in an accident....

i read on honda-tech that guys were using marine battery holders and what not, i as just curious if anyone has done it, i may do a write up on it in a month or two unless dreman beats me to it

its real simple. the only "hard" part is finding a good ground.

a kit is cheaper but i went all out and bought high quality stuff and its been workin fine for over a year.

If you arn't using a dry cell battery and it's in the car, you need to buy a box and vent it to the outside. So, if you don't have a dry cell, go ahead and just buy a kit. The kits are cheap anyway if you need a box.
