Rear disc question

Ive had drum but i wanna convert over to disc i have a 01 accord lx sedan.

Has anyone converted this or is it even possible if so what will fit the setup i really want to switch them over.

I'm doing a 4-5 lug conversion. when I'm done I can sell you my rear disc set up. it will include rear knuckles, hubs, discs, calipers, pads, and break lines. $300 Shipped.

You know you're going to need to reuse your rear calipers ^^^. In fact you could just swap out the hubs in the rear.

I have all the parts i listed, for the v6 already. so when I'm down I'll have all of those parts left over.
Then I'm doing a BBK upgrade front and rear.
