1998 Honda Accord LX- Climate Control/Power mirror problem

HEY YOU GUYS. So I have this problem where my climate control/power mirror would work. But other days or even when I start the car, the function of those two would not work. There wouldn't be any power to the two. Any thoughts of would could it be? (I haven't checked the fuses or anything like that yet, been busy)..I also noticed when I start it every morning to drop my brother off at school it would work, but when I start it the second time to head to work it would not function.

Could be a grounding issue, I might start there. You could also check those wires with a multimeter. With a fuse, it usually either works or it doesn't.
