yo jeff make a new thread and title it the official sd meet and the date and ask a mod to sticky

Q: How do I get my meet thread stickied?
A: First off all, you need the "OFFICIAL" tag in the title

Q: What makes a meet official?
A: There are many criteria, but you should have AT LEAST a date, meet location, and list of members going to the meet.

Q: Can we plan in the OFFICIAL meet thread?
A: Yes, but again, I would like it if you did the preliminary planning such as the location and date in a separate thread
