if the ebrake is causing it (which i don't know for sure) then it won't be brake fluid, because that's a mechanical brake, and doesn't use fluid.

My Ebrake light only comes on when its cold..Once it warms up it goes off...Does anybody elses do this?

oh yeah, if its under 20 degrees, it on. its one of those things thats particular to this car, like dsm's losing their timing belts lol.
