CEL on, engine drops power

Hey turns out I had a cracked gasket and oil was leaking out when the engine was running hence why I never saw oil drops. You should check your oil levels too. It'll throw your vtec code

I might have the exact same issue. The light comes on weekly and i'm loosing oil fast but never saw any drops anywhere. Occasionally the oil pressure light comes on too, I fill er up with oil and it goes away for about a week.

blacknight's right mate, check out the thread, the issue's been resolved. our engines are getting old mate, they need some love (coupled with new parts), dont wait too long though... i ended up getting getting a bad crank case sensor sense the no-oil shook the whole damn thing to death, forcing it into limp. AMAZED it even started without the crank sensor...
