Day Light

When I first bought my car my day light didn't work, so yesterday I decided to take a look, and the fuse wasn't there so i headed to walmart to buy a 7.5A fuse for it and plug it in but for some reason it was loose and i took a closer look and the clips that held the fuse wasn't there. The fuse box is on the driver's side, #5. Is there a way i can fix this?

the US model accords dont have DRL's. that's why it's not there
