Naval Jelly for the rust, otherwise up to 1000 grit sandpaper to get those runners to shine, and some nic epolish afterwards.

dude you wouldnt have to deal with this if u bought my header.... mines still in perfect condition..

send it to the coaters! have them blast it and ceramic heat coat it in "ultra chrome" (<- standard color all coaters use) if they want more than $100 try another shop. I recently had an entire rear bumper support chemical dipped, blasted and coated for $50.

Feel a difference, Henry? I've been contemplating headers.. but I heard it's pointless on ULEV motors ?

oh yeaaaaaah hahaha my gas used to be stiff without it and now i can WOT a lotttttttt easier (and i do it all the time now :hide: )
