Just checked the voltage to the power and signal wire for the tps and both are reading 5.2v

to finallize the thread i took the iacv off and filled the two air ports up with parts cleaner and let them soak. then after doing that a couple times i let it air dry for about 8 hours or so and i made sure that i could manually move the valve between the two ports. I then reinstilled the iacv and started it up and idles great!
