My car has the "hot soak" start issue thats described in one of the TSB's. Since I dont want to spend 700 bucks to fix it, I was wondering if I could just swap the ECU and fuel pressure regulator from a 2001 to my 2000. I would also re-program the ECU to match my key.

Do u have the 4cyl or v6 if it the v6 just switch the fuel rail with regulator and fuel block to a 98 v6 and it'll fix ur problem same thing happened to me and I found out that by switching the rail to a 98 will also fix the problem.

V6. So going back to a 98 setup resolves it? I wonder what the differences are. Thats a good alternative. Thanks
