Welcome to the site. These cars can cost more than you think they'd be to mod, since the aftermarket support is mediocre and you have to spend the money/time for the good stuff.

Meaning I'd think ahead about how much you want to put into the Golf if you're really wanting to customize the Accord.

Thanks for the advice, i'm not putting any money into the Golf besides the necessary to pass nys inspection...aka making sure the exhaust stops falling off, oil changes, and brakes. Aside from that, i'm not dropping a penny into the Golf.

Cold Air Intake, Custom Magnaflow exhaust, and sound system. That was when I first bought it and actually liked it. 4 years later...not so much.
