Fuse for 12v outlet?

Anyone know where teh fuse for the 12v outlet(for phone charge/ciglighter)
is located on the 99 coupe? I'm thinking its not working due to a blown fuse
but could it have anything to do with any of the wires behind the center console radio? 12v stopped working after my stereo was ripped out and all the wires back there are cut.

If ALL the wires are cut and not protected then there was a shortage. Check on the right side when you open your right door.

so just check all the fuses on the passenger side??
are there any other fuses i should check for the stereo?

Read the fuse panel. It shows what fuse goes to what.
