^always funny when I see that printed on packaging for LED bulbs. The aluminum pedals I just bought had that verbiage too haha.

Passive way of saying,

We told you not to use it, but we will take your money anyways.
You're on your own when pulled over while using our products because we just want your money for products that was made using cheap labor in China.
