Hazard/Clock Backlight

Alright, so this may not seem urgent to some, but im super OCD, and this is probably not what you think. Recently my Hazard and Clock wont light up at night. Its strange though, if i take out that piece and wiggle it around, i can get the clock to light up or the hazard light, but not both. But once i put the piece back in, theyll both just shut off.

Im so lost...i need help!

Have you tried replacing the bulbs? Have you checked the bulb contacts in the harness plugs? Have you examined the harness itself? Have you tried dialectric grease? If none of these things work, then hit up your local junkyard or Ebay and try a new clock and/or hazard switch.

Btw when you push the hazard button, do your blinkers flash?

OCD doesn't count something like this as urgent, sorry.

Sounds like a bad connection somewhere in one of the harnesses in the back of the clock unit

So it would be most simple to just buy a new unit?
