ok so i have after market halo projectors and also have hids 6000k. my halo rings are connected on to the parking light. everything was working good until my drives side ballast went back. i replaced it and it work for about 2 week until it blew out again. bought another one and now i'm not getting any power to the hi or low beams parking lights are working fine. i checked all the fuses everything is in order. could it be a relay of some sort that just for the drivers side?

i you had a 55w kit, a relay is a must...but its possible to overload the circuit with a 35w. Always Use a relay for the protection of your electrical system because its a PITA to troublehoot a car's electrical sys. check ur fuses, you mightve just blown a fuse but i would install that relay in the near future
