HID kits are usually $30-$40 USD, dont know how much shipping would be to AU.

Are there any autoshops/tuned shops there? I'm sure they have HID kits.

Grab a PnP(plug and play) HID kit for your accord. You need a 9006 35W Hid Kit. I'd suggest grabbing bulbs in temperatures anywhere from 4500-6000. 4500 being day light white and 6000k having a bit of a exotic blue hue to it.

A DIY diagram to show how easy hooking it up is.

Re-aim your headlights afterwards to avoid blinding people in the street.
