Help radio wont turn on

[1998Accord]

The other day I was driving with my radio on and I plugged my phone into the cigarette outlet and my radio just shut of and the cigarette outlet stopped working and now both dont work. what should I do. and where do I look for these fuses if its the problem

check the pass side fuse box...radio fuse...or the small light fuse as well..
