first, figure out why you're burning oil (this will require taking your engine apart)

second, come back and ask us how to fix your problem

third, fix your problem

fourth, profit

about 1 quart

1 quart in how many miles? How many miles on your car?

The 2.3L's are known to burn oil, so the cheap way out might be to just keep a few quarts in your trunk. Change your PCV valve and use a Honda OEM. From what I've read the aftermarket ones can increase oil consumption.

You could try a high mileage oil - some have claimed it helped.
