Are these going to be used in place of your headlights ? They look plenty bright .. I think thats how Audis are setup nowadays aren't they ?

Yes their plenty bright but led light only penetrates in a small focal point unless assisted the wider the light spread the less depth it has. So having leds running as your primary lights is not a good idea. Audis still have actual head lights people just think their so bright that they can drive around at night with them.. hit a dark enough area and they'll be turning them lights on quick.
