Honda accord 98 CEL throwing code 68 f23a

Hi,my accord is throwing a code of 68 j the rpm is on 1500 constantly,It has f23a in it with manual transmission,help will b appreciated

yes u were right,,it was 6 & 8,,, the connection to the temperature sensor of coolant was broken,,,now the car is perfectly fine, i cleaned the spark plugs ,,i put it back in and the rpm is going up and down,,, what could be the reason? if i take my foot off the accelerator,,, the rpm drops to 200 and goes back to 700,,should i put the new spark plugs?

Are you still throwing codes? Also is your engine surging or idling low?

the engine is idling low but the cel is off,,,i mean to say that the RPM drops to 200 and comes back on 700 and it does that constantly on releasing the accelerator padel on idle...
i only took out the spark plugs and put it back after cleaning,,, what to do next?everything was good until the coolant temperature sensor wire broke,,but after reconnecting it,,the rpm is out...?
