exhaust manifold is causing a ticking sound like the valves need adjusting but I checked the valves are adjusted correctly.
how do I fix this problem

If not the valves, your exhaust manifold has a leak...hence causing your ticking sound. Find and fix the leak and you'll fix your sound.

I have the same sound but my lifters are loud.

Related, my exhaust bracket weld broke and i have a tick from that too.

Buy a header, OEM manifolds are restrictive & can crack.
