Hey everyone. I am due for an oil change so I was going to seafoam my car today (because I get a guilty feeling letting that oil sit there after 5k).

I found where the brake booster vacuum line is in some youtube videos, but I dont know how to remove the clamp on it and stuff. I want to make sure that I can pull it off and back together and keep the tightness and seal of it.

Any other seafoam-related input is appreciated too!

Thank you

Make sure you get the brand new OEM hose AND clamp if you have doubts about it working within spec.

However if you it does bug u like the rest of us, just grab a pair of pliers to break open the clamp, move the clamp 5" away from the end of the hose then pull the hose off. Pour seafoam then backtrack to reinstall the hose back

Get the spray seafoam, pop off the intake hose and spray it through with the engine running. Very short bursts, once you get the timing down it will go quickly, might kill it a few times while you get it down. Holding it 8-10" away from the TB works best.
