Well its gonna end up raining for three days, I threw some silica packs in, and I'm trying to figure out an aesthetically pleasing way to seal the bulb., In case i decide to show off.
At this point I'd say it's not moisture going in that's causing it, it's moisture trapped inside not being allowed to escape. Figure out a way to vent it, without having water inside - such as taking the light and drilling very tiny holes in the bottom or side of the housing in an area protected from the elements. Even if not concealed from the elements, small enough holes wouldn't allow anything to go in, and with driving and air vacuum as it travels through the bay, any moisture inside the lights would be wicked out of them through the vent holes. .
Final Update: NO FOG! YAY, took about a week for the butyl to finally set. But they don't fog up in snow or rain. I'm gonna hate pulling the driver apart in a few weeks to fix the cracked bucket. but No biggie, i know what to do now.
