License plate light assembly

So I went to change my burnt out license plate bulb and I noticed it was rusted out and falling apart. Anyone know where to purchase one? Looked online and couldnt find it. Even majestic Honda didn't have it

for 98-00 coupe I believe you want pieces 9, 10, 11, 12
