for me, i didn't use any drill or anything, just screwdriver. the arrows show where the screws are. 6 total. two in front dam area, two at the end (in wheel well area) on each side.

ok..... now im pissed....
first off i wanted to thank all that gave me their input on what to do.... i got it on there all was well... came back outside about 15 min later... one of the tabs in the wheel well ripped off...grrr.... i guess i have to buy a new one now, or find a way to mount it w/o the tab that doesnt look ghetto.

My mugen style lip took so effort. It's about 1/4 in or a bit less to narrow. And a bit too short. I took off some material but there isn't much there. I really just had to force it into place. It's worked fine for awhile though, but you can see the sides arn't perfect where it's attached to the bumper. You need to be looking for it to see it though.
