P0401 Need Answers...

So today tryed to take my Throttle body off.
1st)Throttle body is like glue to the IM Yes i have all the 4 bolts out.
2nd)on the IM , there is 2 lines right behind the the throttle cables that goes into a Y connector , & it wont come off -__-
3rd) Is there Any Gas lines to the top half of the IM ?

Im Just tying to Clean my EGR ports if you could answer my Questions or advise-thanks

Hey man, search some more to get answers.. They are out there. I'll help how I can here.

1) TB is not glued to IM plenum - the gasket is old and it seems to have 'glued'. Pry it off, then make sure to remove all old gasket before re-installing it.

2) Cool story bro. Try harder. Take a pair of pliers and twist the lines on their connection before trying to pry them off. They use a screwdriver and physical force to take them off.

3) There are NO gas lines to the IM or plenum, they are all vacuum lines.

so do i Really need to Relief Fuel Pressure ? if there no gas line. And yeah some hose are worn to death so i had to cut them and pick up some new ones. Thanks for replying cause Haynes Book is somethimes Useless.
