Popping noise from front suspension, I'm completely stumped

Just a thought, take a look at your rear subframe. Mine had rotted out under the AC vent near where the steering rack brace is and was causing a loud "clunk" over single wheel bumps.

Didnt suggest this originally, but also take a look at your tierod ends and inspect them for any play
