Power locks and lights only work when key is turned to the "on" position.

I've searched the forum but no luck on a solution, I just changed door panels on my 00 4dr ex, I heard a spark when plugging the window controls in and now the lights and power door locks only work when the car is turned on....

I tried most of the fuses that I think would be affected but no luck...

Anyone have a clue what this can be?
