Pre-Exhaust Removal question

Hey dudes,

I plan on removing the pre-muffler on my V6. The engine and exhaust is all stock, except for a K/N filter element and removed intake resonator.

Is this hard to do at all? And more importantly, what should I put in place of the pre-muffler and will it set off sensors?

you have to cut the exhaust pipe before and after the premuffler and then you need to weld in a new piece of pipe. have fun diy-ing
