Quick question: how to get door trim off

These things. I need them off to paint. I've actually had them off before but I still can't figure out how to do it again.

Take the door panel off and see from the inside. I was wanting to color mine also.

There has to be an easier way! But I don't know how :(

I'll check the manual later (I have alldata pro, but I forgot the p/w)

why do they need to be taken off to paint? why not just tape over them?

i would guess that the procedure is similar to debadging...heat and floss?

pretty sure they have hooks/latch thingys on the back to hold them onto the door so don't rip them off. like wht00accord said you'll probably have to open up the door panel and do it from the inside. I would do like briansan said tho and just tape them off for paint, it may not be as pristine but till be a lot easier.
