Radio and lighter ports not working

Hi, I have a 99' Honda Accord coupe. The radio stopped working aswell as the lighter port. I think a fuse might have blown but I don't know which fuse to check. Thanks.

On the back of the fuse doors, there are diagrams as to which fuse is which. The fuse you are looking for is the fuse panel behind the passenger door. There are three fuse panels in our car if you weren't aware.
