Im purchasing 00hondaccord's lip kit and we are trying to figure out the best way to ship this thing.

We contacted UPS and the rates were a pretty ridiculous.

What are our options here?

be like it is
is it flexible?

otherwise, you could probably get away with wrapping it bubble wrap or something similar...the height, width, and depth will add up to "less than" the carriers ground max girth (UPS is 170" combined, USPS is 136" off the top of my head). just make sure its decently padded and has a good place for the label.

if the people at UPS seem clueless, go to fedex :lawl: i'd start at fedex first, personally, and see if they'll ship it bare outside a box...because UPS sucks :lawl:

I used greyhound when I bought my WW lip.

Ship it via Greyhound PackageXpress with Priority Service.
-drop off the package at your local Greyhound station.
-write the recipient phone number on the packaging slip they provide.
-once the package arrives at the recipient's local Greyhound station, they will be notified via the phone number you provided on the packaging slip.
-the package will not be delivered to the recipient's address, instead they have to go pick it up at their local station with a valid ID.
** there is reserved parking for PackageXpress drop off and pick up **

-Priority Service - tracking number provided
-GPX Deferred (Standard Service) - cheaper but not able to track package and will take longer for delivery.

Well its polyurethane, so Im not too worried about damage.

And I completely forgot about fedex hahah, I'll see what they have to offer.

We have a box that'll fit the whole kit, just trying to find the best rates.

Also another option we have considered. This is looking like the most promising so far
