the timing bearings broke in my car , i went to the junkyard and he told me to get the F23A instead of putting timing belt into old F20B Non vtec which was weak and was blowing white smoke,,, i did that ,,,and will pick up my car in the evening, but he has used the old engine ECU with F23A and told me that the vtec will work from the start,,,,, how can he make the engine run with the old non vtec ECU ,,,what shud i do,,?need advice before going there to pick up my car,,which ECU shud be used with F23A,,,can a non vtec F20B be used with a F23A motor?
