^Are you asking if you can hook up the 01-03 CL/TL airbag to your 6GA w/no issues?
I'm thinking yes...but that depends on if any of the CL's/TL's were 2-stage. Your car has a 2-stage currently since it's an 01-02, right?

Now, I could be wrong but.
I am going to assume that because the 1st gen CL and 2nd Gen CL both utilize parts that the 6th gen accord uses
(For example the steering wheel in the accord is the same as in the 1st gen CL and so is the V6 J30 also found in the 1st gen)
That it is reasonable to assume that the air bags found in a 1st gen CL would be single stage the same as what is found in a 98-2000 Accord
and that the airbags in the 2nd Generation TL/CL (or 01-03') would all be 2 stage air bags like those found in 01-02 6th generation accords.
I am thus assuming that yes an (01-03') 2 stage air bag can be used in an (01-02') Accord.
