Transmission Flush?

Had my Ex checked and guy said it needed a transmission flush, i know that your not supposed to do this with hondas, what should i do instead?

Just drain it and refill it with honda transmission fluid.

You can look in to using Royal Purple as well.

Don't flush it. D&R like said above...and I would recommend sticking with Honda ATF.

If you want to insure you're running fresh/clean fluid. I'd drain/refill it 3 times.

I've done mine 5 times since I have had my car (once every 1k miles) and its as red/pink as it gets.
