yeah i have pictures of it on my car and yeah i got the frame painted silver to match and left the actual grill black and i still like it to this day


i agree either put different mesh in or paint it back just my opinion

black paint could also chip and expose the metal under it, thatd look pretty cheap imo.

I thought this was what everyone did with a type r grill like option 2?
I have never found one like the second grill that already had black mesh on it...

they have it in carbonfiber too.... but i painted mine to match
i think it gives a diff look compared to everyones mesh :)

not bad, im a fan of the interchangable mesh one... so if you put mesh anywhere else you can match it... mine used to chip a lot but i bought some powdercoated mesh and its been fine since
