Hey all,

I'm throwin codes p1166 and p1167
O2 sensor and O2 sensor heater or whatever

I have a 2001 EX 2.3L MT, F23A4 (ULEV)

I was installing megan racing headers and the sensor got caught while i was pulling the stock ones out, the wires popped out of the harness. I plugged them all back in and am still throwing codes after clearing the code and everything.

I've searched the forum and can't find anything about what wires go to what positions on the harness and also can't find what fuses are in the relay (i read it's possible i've blown a fuse)

I tried putting the wires back to match up with the wires in the harness going to the ECU, but i have 2 black wires coming from the sensor and can't tell which is which. I've tried switching the positions of the black wires and still coming up with the code after clearing it.

Any help is appreciated!

I can take pics as needed

Huh .. I'll go look at my wiring on mine and see if I snap a pic for you after work.

Also, I wasn't aware that there are fuses in relays ?

sorry not fuses in relay
fuses that are related to the o2 sensor

I believe one is the power seats fuse on the drivers side, there's one under the hood, and one on the passenger side that can supposedly throw those codes. I can't find the thread where i read that though

and thanks for the quick reply!

could we sticky this or add it to the master DIY list?

I've seen a lot of people w/ o2 sensor issues
