What spark plugs are being used for boost?

Im trying to get my car running smoothly and spark plugs are another cheap test. currently running NGK BKR7E gapped to 0.028.

i've always ran bkr7e's can't remember the gap i ran them at though.

Ok thanks man.Going to replace my vtec solenoid screen,spark plugs and do the big 3 today,see if that helps.

^ Hopefully the big 3 helps out things. I also run NGK BKR7Es. In the civic i run them down to 20 thousands. On the accord i was running like 25.
