Where can i get a Catalytic conveter

Like the title says, anyone know anywhere ,online most likely, where i can get a direct fit catalytic converter for f23a1 engine? My cg5 has been bugging me the last couple months by a dang rattling noise. Me and a bud suggested it could have been the motor mounts, loose exhaust, ect. But one day me and my bro was on youtube searching for videos and found this

is it worth it buying a catalytic converter? or should i just straight pipe?
Input would be greatly appreciated
