Will not stay running and replaced main relay

I read up on this and determined that the main relay may be the problem. Just spent $50+ on a new one and i'm having the same problem!!!

It will not start with out pressing on the gas peddle and when it does start if I let off the gas it dies again.

I also checked that ACG fuse under the hood that might be the problem per the forum, but that fuse is not blown.

Any other suggestions?????? I need my car!!! AHHH

Its a 1999 ULEV 4 banger EX. No check engine light. They green key thing comes on. I can hear the fuel pump prime and the main relay click when the engine light shuts off after the turning of the key initially.

Alternator, battery, iacv, clogged EGR valve/port.... All of these things CAN cause problems keeping an idle.
