Window tinting - need answers ASAP

iv gotten 3 tickets in the past year and half..
factory on back..factory with 5% ontop of quarters..and 15%on front..(cops tint machine said 11%).
Going to do 20% all around and 50% on windshield soon..

They're all fix it tickets right ? From what I hear you take off the tint, then pay $10 ..

No i dont even waste my time...just pay my 65$fine few months whens it shows up online and wait till i pass the next cop that wants to pull me over...haha

^^ Thankfully I havent gottne pulled over. I live in Virginia Beach where there are a lot of cars that are modded, so they must not care about me. I only have 35% all the way around though.
