It looks great! How do the door panels fit against the dash?

Re: (Complete!)Acura TL Dash in CG2

thanks guys,
cant wait to get the rsx seats in, they're made to fit an EG so i need to cut and weld on a few brackets still. its actually my 2nd set of rsx seats, the first ones i got are 02-04 seats, not super comfy and torn up, might use them for game chairs idk. but i found a pair of rare 05-06 for a good price, much comfier but dont hug as tight.
if someone wants my first set, probably would sell them $120 local

little less than an inch gap between panels and dash, nobody notices unless you point out that you put a 4 years newer acura dash in your honda lolol, and then they still usually dont notice it :p

looks amazing. All the wiring must have been a headache though. once you figure everything out let us know and maybe i'll attempt it one day.

-you get an extra accessory outlet
-bigger console box with light
-adjustable armrest
-gated shifter fits perfectly, awesome upgrade, nice feel
-feels like a newer car, i think im in a jet plane
-big low fuel light
-outside temp in cluster(still working on that)
-that fancy card or whatever holder above the radio
-ac vents in the rear(ill hook them up with some hose soon, theyll be super useful living in florida)
-interior doesnt look like a civic.
Good job and all, but...the pros don't seem to justify the effort, for me. The extra outlet is meh. Im almost never in my console and hooking up a light wouldn't be hard. Gated shifter can be done. Big fuel light, outside temp, and card holders aren't worthy of this much trouble. I do really like the idea of having AC vents in the rear but I imagine that could be fabbed or made to work as well. Id rather have extra cup holders and an armrest than AC vents, lol.

All-in-all, good job though. I've always liked this interior but wasn't a fan of the TLs exterior. Not this gen anyway.
