Re: Jon's 99 Red Coupe EX 5spd on Work VS-XX

Found this online. Reminded me of the color you're wrapping yours in. Gives a nice comparison between your old color and new color

tru. nice find
Aside from having a great car, this is just great photography. These photos need to be on the front page, for sure. I might have to go to a future car meet just to persuade you to snap a few pics of my ride. lol
thanks man. i'm always willing to do a few free photos at car meets

Update: the car sat all winter. battery went dead and i found a coolant leak a few weeks ago but i finally cranked it up last weekend.

Sanded down all the paint flaking off the sideskirts and got one of them wrapped and installed.

My exhaust tip had been rubbing against my rear lip for several years and cracked it in two places. So, i bought a new exhaust hanger to lower it a little bit and i'm currently working on fixing the crack before it gets wrapped.

3 of the new wheels are on sense one of them wants to leak so now i've got that to fix too.

Looks like it turned out well Jon, can't wait to see it in person. Did you wrap the side mirrors in black?

I've been thinking about the TSX mirrors on my coupe for a long time, but don't have enough courage to do it.. Wish you the best, and hope to see the good outcome. GL, Jon!

Tsx mirrors on a coupe is going to be a pain. I bought them cause a guy on the Facebook page put them on his with just trimming the sails but after test fitting it looks horrible. I'll be attaching the tsx mirrors with the accord sails.

New wheels are 18x9.5 +40 plus 3mm spacers

^ That's what I thought.. Otherwise it would be more popular mod on our coupes. I see. Keeping the oem bases, but the mirror heads. Yes.. I can imagine the pain.. Really looking forward to seeing you as a pioneer.

Seems a little high in offset for 9.5's by default, and that's probably why you went out for 3mm less. 9.5... Pretty aggressive spec (for me) haha.
