I've seen someone with the entire grill section painted black and it looked alright thats why I went with the upper to see what it looked like. I initially wanted to do just the center bar and keep the sides factory paint but that can still be accomplished with a careful hand, razorblade and peel off the upward slopes to the sides. We'll see when I have a chance to get around to that.

Yeees. I remember I had to be extra x2 careful with my razorblade. Looks good, man. :)

The unfortunate thing is that it is a 98-00 bumper so you don't have the extra piece like on the 01-02 bumper.

I think it is going to look odd with the top part of the bumper painted to make it LOOK like it's part of the grill, but it really isn't.

Went to the junkyard and found this today. Sad to see. Wonder who it was. I want to say I sold him a lower shelf

Just finished installing my TL strut bar!
Just took it out for a quick spin to try it out and there was a small but noticeable difference in cornering and in straight line cruising. I'm happy

If I can just comment, between that pic of your car, Jon and this,

I can honestly say, that is the best non-OEM colour I have seen the Accord done in.

The shot with yours and Chris' cars honestly could be a Honda ad.

Both cars look absolutely fantastic.

You both have done great jobs getting them to this point.

I don't know how doctored that photo is, but wow the blue is really gleaming. And it looks like there is a lot of depth.

Post this 12 ton press, I am curious how big it is and what it looks like.

I agree, I love the Fiji Blue and all but I like Jon's blue even better. The first time I saw it I woudn't have known it was a wrap, the color has a flake in it and everything. I just expected a wrap to be duller/more matte, but it looks a lot like paint. The job was well done too, saw a lot of wrapped cars at IA that were hastily wrapped and it showed.

Reminds me of when I painted my car back in 2013. :lawl: Think this has a little more green in it though. I do NOT have the patience to wrap haha.

Btw thanks for the , looking forward to seeing progress with your next ride.
